The process: 1. First round: one-hour phone interview with HR. They asked the questions to make sure your experience matched your resume and the position. 2. If you passed the HR interview, the second round would follow, mainly face-to-face at HQ. Normally there are about three interviewers from different departments. If you passed all of them, you would have chance to take part in "after lunch" interview. One of the Most asked questions is like "what role do you play here?" The other questions included questions about past experience, or questions like "how would you sell ice to eskimos?" or "how would you sell a pen to someone? " and "why do you want to work at Microsoft?"
