一间房里的八只猴儿——一堂管理课

将八只猴子赶在一间房中，房子子正中有个梯子，直冲着屋顶悬挂的一串香蕉。每当有猴子试图爬梯子时，就用冰水将所有的猴子喷个透心儿凉。

很快，当再有猴子试图爬梯子时，其它的猴儿因不想被冰水浇就全扑上去袭击它，不久，再没一只猴儿胆敢爬梯子了。

将这8只中的一只带走，换上一只新猴儿，它看到那串香蕉和梯子，不知道为什么没猴儿去摘，管他三七二十一立刻冲上前去爬梯子，结果其它的猴子都扑上来，把它揍了个半死，它一点也不明白为什么。不管怎样，它可是不再做此企图了！

再将原来猴子中的一只换掉，新来的猴儿自然试图爬梯子，其它的猴子又群起而攻之，将它揍得屁滚尿流，群猴中包括上次来的那个新猴儿，这次它庆幸挨打的不是它并且积极加入，因为大家都这么干，但它真不知道为什么要痛扁那只新猴儿。

就这样，一只接一只，原来的八只猴儿都被换掉了，现在房间里的8只猴儿都是新来的，它们中没有任何一只被冰水浇过，然而也没有任何一只试图爬那梯子，而且全体猴子都会袭击企图爬梯子的新猴儿，即使不知道理由。

公司的规章制度就是如此确立的！

8 monkeys in a room !!! A g8 Management lesson

Put eight monkeys in a room. In the middle of the room is a ladder,
leading to a bunch of bananas hanging from a hook on the ceiling.

Each time a monkey tries to climb the ladder, all the monkeys are sprayed
with ice water, which makes them miserable.

Soon enough, whenever a monkey attempts to climb the ladder, all of the
other monkeys, not wanting to be sprayed, set upon him and beat him up.

Soon, none of the eight monkeys ever attempts to climb the ladder. One of
the original monkeys is then removed, and a new monkey is put in the room.
Seeing the bananas and the ladder, he wonders why none of the other monkeys
are doing the obvious. But undaunted, he immediately begins to climb the
ladder.

All the other monkeys fall upon him and beat him silly. He has no idea why.
However, he no longer attempts to climb the ladder. A second original monkey
is removed and replaced. The newcomer again attempts to climb the ladder,
but all the other monkeys hammer the crap out of him. This includes the
previous new monkey, who, grateful that he\'s not on the receiving end this
time, participates in the beating because all the other monkeys are doing
it.

However, he has no idea why he\'s attacking the new monkey. One by one, all
the original monkeys are replaced. Eight new monkeys are now in the room.
None of them have ever been sprayed by ice water. None of them attempt to
climb the ladder. All of them will enthusiastically beat up any new monkey
who tries, without having any idea why.
