以有四十天了，我还没收到件，苦恼呀

上月十号我在网上看到关于我的案件。现在是，

但是以有四十天了，我还没收到件，苦恼呀，
不知道怎么办才好，
要是知道补什么就好了，直接送进去。
这个月十号的时候我叫人帮我打了个电话给customer service（因为一个月了还没有收到）
并把我的地址什么都跟他们说清楚了。她们回复是再过几天再寄一张。
可是又一周了，我真的好无助。不知道怎么办才好，好心的朋友们我当如何是好？
