ex把我的医疗保险 cancel 了，导致我2023年一年都没有健康保险. ex 卑鄙的是，他没有告诉我.  我2023年10月去看牙医，牙医说我没有医疗保险了，我才知道ex 拿掉了我的医疗保险， 我自己付了200块钱，然后给 Kaiser打电话，才知道从12/1/2022年我就没有医疗保险了.

ex的律师在交给法庭的文件上说： 'despite that the parties had agreed to such cancelation and agree to Petitioner going on Marketplace insurance.' 完全是撤谎，伪证.

 我申请 Restrain Order 是因为physical, mental, language 被 serious abuse, 并不只是因为 ex cancelled my health insurance without tell me.
