Does American need change?

Of course we need change. Things change too much from the time we build our nation.

Our system should be updated to catch the changing  world. 

 

Does American has economic development plan in 5 years, 10 years...20 years? China has.  Under country wide economic development plan, China also has areas plan. Such as ChangJinag triangle area; ZhouJinag triangle area;  JingJingTan (BeiJing,TianJing, TangShan) Area. Country and areas development directions and economic growing points can be seen very clear.  We all know, if we have a clear target, we can go straight to it.

 

Because technology, transportation and so on change rapidly, all those plans are updated in every several years. For example, AnHui province not belong to ChangJiang Triangle before; but now AnHui province is included in the ChangJiang triangle. Advanced transportation system ; much stronger economic situation linked much wider area together.  Higher level view is needed to plan well.

 

In Amerrican, I don’t really know what is the relationship among Fed and states, But the relationship should can be changed. In the time we build our nation, we don’t have a car, we don’t have airplane; we don’t have internet, we don’t have rockets. Earth has been  becoming smaller and smaller. Before from China to American, may need a couple months to voyage through the sea. Now, 10 to 12 hours by airplane.  

 

In order to find out the best solution for ourselves,  We need cooperation world wide . So we have NATO; G20; World Bank; WTO; IMF; NAFTA and so on. Countries boundary is disappearing for certain activities.

 

So, How can States don’t cooperate with each other closely? How can states don’t cooperate with the FED closely?    If we don’t do plan from FED level, how can we cooperate well?
