当John Bolton的新书"The Room Where It Happened"，满世界喧闹的时候，想到去年的一段旧闻。

2019年1月28日，National Security adviser John Bolton，在新闻发布会上，很不职业地露出了小抄本上的文字： "5000 troops to Colombia."，引起媒体关注：

A photographer captured a photo of National Security adviser John Bolton's notepad during the White House press briefing, which had a note reading "5000 troops to Colombia."

识人和用人，是领导人的基本功；一再用错人，这样的领导还能再当吗？
