TD waterhouse 开始降低交易费到$9.99

从九月份开始，TD waterhouse 开始降低交易费到$9.99, 如果帐号上有超过十万资金。所以我准备作如下调整。

RESP account - TD efunds
RRSP account - TD efunds and other actively managed Mutual funds
SRRSP account - ETF and stocks, mainly Canadian stocks

One of the principles is to diversify in styles. This change fits in this goal. I also have a IRA account in US. that account is for ETF and US stocks.
