Market is on waiting mode. Wait on Monday that market has Big Deal regarding LEH, WM.
Some hot money bet on huge upside, there are more than 68,647 call on SPX 1300 today which is more than 5 times of normal volume. It will be make or break deal once again. I think it is too crowdy to trade. So it increase the chance for market to go down.
Does LEH is too big to fail? We don't know. What we know is: If Gov does not do anything and let LEH to fall, it will have huge negtive impact to the market. If Gov does something to save LEH, we may see a relieve rally on Monday. But it will be short lifed again.
Prepare a big event on Monday. That will be interesting.
