所有的迹象表明 SOHU 季报后，会高台跳水。
SOHU 季报可能小幅超过预期，但 Future ER guide lower.
原因如下：
1。Sentiment is too Bullish. ER positive surprise already priced in.
2. BIDU ER Positive suprise push SOHU stock price raise sharply higher before ER. ( Build to fall)
3. Analyst Expectation is too high. Rating is also too high. Among 11 analysts, 8 rated strong buy, 2 buy and only one hold. It is easy to get disappointed.
4. Last quarter revenue growth rate and ER growth rate are both very high which are not sustainable. But expectation keep raising.
5. SOHU already had warning a month ago that future growth will slow down. But this be largely ingored in recent price action.
6. TA：周线图在过去两周量价背离。Wave 分析到了调整波C 波的时段了。
SOHU is building to fall sharply after ER.
SOHU will report ER next Monday before market open.
才注意到 SOHU 季报在开盘前。已经没机会下手了，看看结果吧。真希望 SOHU ER 后还能挺住，有机会下手。 有SOHU 的，盘前也许还有机会逃命。 （但愿我错了。）
