SixFlags Discovery Kingdom Accident

hen i was in 6th Grade, our class went to SixFlags as the fieldtrip for the year. After we came back, Sixflags gave each person a free ticket to go back. The teacher said that we could either hand out a ticket to each person OR put the tickets into groups of fours and draw out some names. The votes came out as the groups of fours. As the names were being called out, my chances were getting smaller and smaller. Suddenly, the word "Sherry" came out of the teacher's mouth. I jumped out of my chair full of joy. I was soooooo excited!! After i got home, i blabbered out everything that had happened. We were going on Monday. The day went by really fast and i went on a lot of rides like the Ark, Cobra, Bumper Cars, etc. It was around 4:00 and we were all wet from the water ride. But my brother and i still wanted to go on a roller coaster. So we went. I went on the Ark alone while my brother and dad went on the "swings." The Ark started to swing back and forth and we were soon sideways, almost upside down. Then the power suddenly went out. I was scared because I WAS STUCK ALMOST UPSIDE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The bars were also stuck so we had to stay seated. An engineer came, banged on the controller, twisted a few knots and boom, we were free. The other rides like Madusa and Bommerang were also in the middle of the ride. The good thing was that no one was hurt. Then, everybody in the park went to the front and complained. The manager used the microphone and told everybody to calm down while he would let each person out with a free ticket to come back again. Ha ha ha ha.......I guess i got free tickets again!
