送回国:
1. expose your baby to severe air polution, leading to vastly increased risk of lung and other types of cancer as an adult.
2. Expose your baby to poluted/poisoned food, leading to increased health problems later in life.
3. expose your baby to unnecessary separation trauma, leading to mental insecurity and lack of attachment to parents. It takes you many more times the efforts to fix it later.

Daycare:
1. if a bad one, your baby may be ignored.

Problems 1 and 2 in 送回国 are not something you can help even if you try your best. The problem in daycare is something you can totally avoid. In fact, it is a mother's job to find the best daycare for the baby, and there are a lot of good ones out there. If a baby lands in a bad daycare, mother, not daycare, is 100% to be blame. Being a mother means one cannot afford to be lazy, mentally and physically.
