请教一下，卖房时 inspection

签了合同之后, buyer 作了home inspection, I think they are reasonable items that we are willing to pay for the replacing costs......

But they didn\'t mention anything about termite inspection, do they usually do termite inspection seperately? What about appraisal? Would the appraisal find more needed to be replaced items than home inspection?
