自从在学校吃到了教授给我们做的Krispy Rice Cookies,我就一直念念不忘。
最近正好放假在家,就打算自己尝试做一番,谁让我嘴馋呢!?
步骤很简单,看图学做,从左到右,从上往下一张张看,连Oven都不用。
成品跟我们中国的砂奇玛是不是很像?不过味道很不一样,而且有一股淡淡的奶香味,喜欢。按照Recipes的指示,做出来的正好装2大碟。明天打算做薄荷巧克力蛋糕,HOHO~~~!
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 cup margarine or butter.
2. 10 ounce regular marshmallow.
3. 6 cups kellogg's rice krispies cereal.
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in kellogg's rice krispies cereal until well coated. Using lightly buttered spatula, press into buttered 3.5L pan.
3. Allow mixture to cool. Cut into bars. Best if served same day.
