Prepared for the long commute (living in Tracy for 5 years, take train to work, partly work at home).
I doubt if the price will going down much further. It cost $155/sf.When the community was started in 2003, similar models would be $550k,but went as high as the $778,900 or moew. The price I signed probably got back to mid-2004 price.
Any comment?
