急问，小白兔, pjiang, 及各位高人

My I-485 was submitted July 2, 2007 and returned back to me today. In the letter from USCIS says, I may re-submit with a copy of this notice. My problem is that my medical exam expired on Aug 8. Do I need to redo medical exam or just re-submit all what I have right now?
