是花粉过敏（NND,还得了洋病），要坚持吃药，直到花粉过敏季节结束,坚持开加湿器，外加每晚用棉棍沾凡士林擦鼻子内侧，问了医生关于Bebe睡前用油湿润鼻孔的高招儿，医生说可行！

再次感谢大家的建议，也希望大家注意这个过敏的洋病

I don't think the diagnosis is correct. 花粉过敏 should have the symptoms of allergy, such as running nose, blocking nose etc. Allergy should not cause nose bleeding. For young children, nose bleeding is quite normal as their vessels in the nose are much fragile then adults' ones. 开加湿器，外加每晚用棉棍沾凡士林擦鼻子内侧 are good enough, no need to take medicine.
