Somebody said it will take long long time to move them out?--
if the penant have no income, you are out of luck---That's true if you do the Eviction it will took 3 more month, + court + eviction related fees, the way I usually do is agree to pay the tenant $1000 if they moved out within 7 days-- or $500 within 14 days---
usually they moved out within 7 day---so called win win,save money and time this way--
just carefully selecting tenants next time
