485 Approved (NSC), 但是还有几个问题请教

PD: 2003年7月
LC approval: 2006年9月
I-140 & I-485 filing: 2006年11月 (NSC)
I-140 approval: 2007年4月 (transfer to PP)
I-485 approval: 2007年6月21日

但问题是我现在正准备换工作。我计划的新工作开始日期是7月15日。

不知道我是不是还需要搞 H1-B transfer。是不是有点来不及了？到底应该怎么办呢？
