1 year after termination of the Agreement for any reason, he/she shall not solicit in any manner any client of company for which consultant has been assigned a project. 是不是一年之内不能再成为这个client的雇员？我理解solicit是我自己求职，那要是这个client要雇我呢，算不算这个不允许这列？
