美国国务院3月14日公布了08年4月份职业移民绿卡签证排期；这个排期使得印度EB-2 排期得到了明显的前进，相对于此，中国大陆出生申请人的排期日期却几乎没有大的变化；国务院这样的的做法，是毫无道理和充满歧视性的，牺牲和侵害了中国大陆出生申请人应有的权益；
