my baby doesn't eat my milk directly, have to pump first, what s

My baby is 2 weeks old, my milk already came in, I can pump almost 10oz every 4 hours. But my baby won\'t drink my milk directly, I have to pump it out first. What can I do to make her drink directly from me? Do i have to force her?
