我filed是EB2, PERM已被Certified. 现在正在准备file１４０。 刚刚发现律师在file PERM时把我的work experience填错了。我毕业后一直在同一家公司作，2003年开始时是staff, 2005年时开始是senior. 可是律师在PERM表格上填了“2003 年 － senior. 现在要file１４０，律师要老板签一份employeement letter stating the I was hired in 2003 as senior. My boss refused to sign because it\'s not the factual information.
I have discussed with the attorney. He said this won\'t be a big issue because the job requirement does not require for any working experience but only master\'s degree. And he kept saying that no revision or amendment can be made to a certified LC.
My questions are: 1) Is my attorney right that I can not amendment to adjust the mistake on the PERM FORM; 2) will this discrepency be a big problem later? will it trigger audit? 3) will my case be denied because of this discrepency? if the case got denied, can I file appeal?
律师的sloppy job真让人头痛，更可气的是他今天的态度，一副无所谓的态度，还埋怨我的老板不合作，说什么”done is done, what can I do now..... ok, I am human being, I make mistakes...... it\'s might be my mistake, so you just come to scold me for this one mistake? (for God\'s sake, I didn\'t scold him at all, I was there for his consultation - I knew done is done)...... I don\'t know what\'s going to happen..... why your boss can not be a little bit flexible..... he doesn\'t really want to sponsor you...... ok, lets discuss later when the problem really occurs..... 气死我了。。。
