有关４８５递交１８０天后换工作，我理解最重要的一点是“sameorsimilaroccupationalclassification
我的问题是：
１。是不是只要新旧工作都属于同一SOCCode就可以了，还是新旧工作必须是相同SOCCode而且相同field.(Forexample,inmycase,therearefourfieldsunderaccountnantandauditor,isitsafetochangefromonefieldtoanother?)
２。实际操作中，因换工作而被RFE的机律是１００％么？

再问有关485递交180天后换工作的问题

485递交了快180天了，打算过一段就换工作，从privateindustry换到政府机关，同样职位Title,我想问一下
１。privateindustryvs政府机关，会被认为是不同领域么？
２。有规定新雇主必须sponsor绿卡么？还是新雇主只要承认该职位是perminent即可？（该政府机关可以接受EAD卡，可是不会sponsor绿卡）

求问：４８５收据日期不对，怎么办

我的４８５是６月３０日寄出，７月２日移民局签收。今天收到收据，RECEIVEDATE居然是６月３０日。我需要打电话去移民局更正么？（主要是我在６月３０日时不具备递４８５的资格，怕将来移民局以此为理由找麻烦）

Justcheckedmybankaccountandfoundthatallchecks(for485andAPonly)werecashedyesterday.ThenIcheckedthecasestatusonlinewhichsaidthattheyreceivedmyapplicationon10/1/07.But,thewiredthingisthatIcalledUSCISyesterday(10/2/07)around12:00pmpacifictimeandtheIOtoldmethatmyinformationisnotinthesystem.So,Ireallyconfusedashowtheyupdatetheirsysteminformation.

我filed是EB2,PERM已被Certified.现在正在准备file１４０。刚刚发现律师在filePERM时把我的workexperience填错了。我毕业后一直在同一家公司作，2003年开始时是staff,2005年时开始是senior.可是律师在PERM表格上填了“2003年－senior.现在要file１４０，律师要老板签一份employeementletterstatingtheIwashiredin2003assenior.Mybossrefusedtosignbecauseit\'snotthefactualinformation.
