Canadian immigration visa has any effect on US green card?

I applied for skilled worker immigration to Canada. Already passed the medical exam. Now they asked me to mail my passport to issue the immigration visa.

I applied for US green card. I140 already passed. EB2 waiting for priority date to file I485. I plan to visit China in fall this year. Anybody knows if I have Canadian immigration visa on my passport, will I get any trouble of applying for I485 or H1B visa? Thank a lot in advance.
