I am not ashamed!

Yes, I am disappointed for what they did. But I can not feel ashamed for things that others did. Why should I? I can not understand this.
BTW, if any American dare to tell me that I should be ashamed, I would ask s/he to feel ashamed for what Bush did or what Clinton did.
