A wellness weekend?

So, we are back, a weekend in Flims Waldhouse!! Well, rather than a wellness weekend labelled as the intention of the trip, everybody is as tired as can be. We are mourning for sour legs and feet, for our heathy and plesant 2 hours walk in the forest. And on the top of all, we came back with extreme lack of sleep because we talked too much, while walking, eting and sleeping. I suppose this is normal for all the girls to have a weekend away.Flims and surrounding area is just beautiful. This is our first time to be there. Xiao dai has some photos taken, hopefully we will be able to get on the page soon. The hotel is hiding in the forest, with Alps standing on the back, that is still covered by the snow on the top.

The beautiful Cauma lake hiden in the deep forest

Walking down the hotel to the deep valley and forest, there is beautiful emerald colour lake Cauma where people bathe in the summer. Walking futher along the forest, we reach the view point where we can admire the winding river down the valley. Now, laugh of the trip! Qian Xun almost missed the train to Chur, made the other 3 girls worried like hell. Jia Fei couldn't figure out why the cows are brown yellowish colour rather than black and white??!! (too much sovenior shoping rather than real first hand experience). None of us knew the white colur river down the vally that people raft in, is actually RHINE!! Oh gosh, girly trip! But we love it.

And, had to go to my homedoctor to get another infusion..this time, didn't work...lost a lot of blood..then try the direct injection, also not work...after all these, my left arm felt very hurts and numb...they had to use ice to cool it down..now, my left arm almost cannot raise up. What a Monday morning!!!!!!!!!

I am tired. I went o bed around 8 PM last night and could not get up this morning!!!!
