should I change job?

I was planning to take part-time MBA classes this fall. Now I am wondering whether I should change job.

Here is advantages to stay in my current company.
1. My current boss is very nice. So if I go to class, he should not have any problem with it.
2. My company is flexible about schedule. I am very busy at work, but sometimes, I can work from home.
3. My company is big and hire a lot of MBA graduates. I think that if I am working in the same company, I might get a better chance to get a position after graduation.


However, my current salary is really low. If I go to another job, I could easily get 20k-30k more. I am very unhappy about it. I talked this with my boss this Jan and he agreed that I am underpaid. But after waiting two months, today we did annual review and I got a regular raise as same as others (maybe one or two percent higher than others). My boss said that this is the best he can get for now. He will check with his boss for my salary again, but he can not guarantee anything.

So should I just leave the company? Will the low salary affect my future salary, too? I am a programmer with team lead experience, but without team lead title. Is it possible for me to get a team lead job?
