Is this potencial tenant strange?

Recently I wana to rent out my residence, which is a new single family house in top school, many single mom apply and credit score around 590, which is too bad and their income is very low, I think they can\'t afford this rental. One professional lady (a amnage) whose income over $80,000, and child is 19, husband is self employee, I am satisfied this family, and negociate the price with them, she gave me a price, I agreed then dispear (she already looked the house, very like our house), I sent email, no response, I called her, just let me leave a message. I don\'t know why? so strange.....
