My background: Ph D degree in Mechanical engineering 11 years ago in China, came in USA 9 years ago and have 9 years working experience in a university as a research associate or engineering scientist, no USA degree.
Right now: My boss remanaged our group (around 20 peoples), all our engineer and technician are managed by a manager. So the manager (my current supervisor) always ask me do some labor job which is hourly student\'s job. I don\'t like this very much. I want to change my job, but don\'t like to find a job in lab. XDJM, Do you think I can go to school to get another degree like statistic or finance engineering or database management to find another job which is not in lab? I am almost 40 years old and I have no training in USA, writing and speaking is not good.
My hus want us go to China, he is in china right now, I have 2 kids. Evan we back to China, I plan back to USA again after 3 years, do you guys think I will got to school right now or after 3 years when we back to USA to get degree and then to find job after graduation? which one is better?
