我现在有点存款，老公又要回国发展4-5年，我想在我和孩子回国之前(around May 09)买一处投资房， 付20%首付，如果房租能cover all expense, that will be good, or a little negtive cash flow is ok. Then hire a manager to manage the rental property. Does XDJM have any good idea, which location in USA is good for investment? Very appreciate your idea!!!!!!
