I got teh 2nd family\'s income. Her income as 42k/year, and her hus income is 24k/year and her parents are 24k/month. So the total family income is 90k/year. She has no bankrupcy, no late payment history, I called her current landlord, no late payment, good tenant. So I decide to rent to her. But some times she is not nice when I am not satisfy her. She is eager to rent our house when I let her to wait.Another thing that I dislike her family is she has sick parents live with her, her father has heart attack, her mom has heart diseas and back ache. Our house is new, and probably we will back after 1.5 year or longer. So I don\'t like sick people live in our house, but....it is hard to find good tenant.

I am going to check her credit, any clue to get it fast?
