1.准备工作
彩色证件照（几张忘了，至少4张吧）
美国驾照原件，身份证原件。
美国驾照复印件，正反。
在复印件上手写翻译。（你要是扫描，然后电脑上敲字更好）
多准备几张复印件，说不定你的翻译就有问题，到时候办证的警察会让你改正，所
以多准备几张

近Wiretranfer了几次利用不同的银行.
第一次BankofAmerica直接到ChinaConstructionBank花了45元,国内建行还扣了10元
第二次CitiBank网上WireTransfer到招行在CitiBankNewYork的帐号花了18.75,国内忘了是不是扣了,估计要扣吧
第3次,WachoviaBankDomesticWireTransfer到中国工商银行上海支行ICBCShanghai在WachoviaBankInternationalBranchNewYork,没扣.
