yeeha-about bringing a car to CA & bringing back to US

Dear Yeeha and other experts,

We plan to land in Canada and try to come back to US if we get F visa approved (We have to apply for F visa). In case our F gets turned down, we have to export our car to Canada. But if our F visa gets approved, we want to bring our car back to US. How do we handle this situation? Export the car back to US?
