advice needed

Here is my situation:

My company is going to close this facility - move the manufacturing facility to Mexico and relocate the R&D groups to headquarter at north-west area. However, a R&D group -identical to my group, will be established at Mexico side and a Mexiocan was appointed as the head of my group. Recently, one colleague was forced to resign. The rumor is all over the place that my group will be transferred also, but management denied.

I got an offer from a company this week which is a top 3 in my industry. I am happy with the offer, but again we have to relocate. But here is my struggling:

1. I already applied NIW, I140 has been approved, changing job may risk my application. Plus my current company also applied the green card for me, and the new company did not promise when they will start the application for me.

2. My wife have to quit her job and start to look for new job, and she is a part time student, she may have to travel a lot in order to finish her degree. We certainly do not want to separate since we will have a baby soon.
