Mechanical Engineer:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Report to Mechanical Group Leader. Responsible for Operations,
Maintenance of existing facility mechanical system. Responsible for conceptual design, system improvement and sustaining expansion project for mechanical system.
Mechanical system include: General HVAC system; Chiller & chilled water system; Boiler & hot water system; PCW system; Clean room MAU system and exhaust system; HV/PV system; Scrubber & VOC abatement system; OFA (oil free compressed air) system.
Responsible for training and role modeling a commitment to quality, methodology and technology development.
Develop SOP (standard operation procedure) for Operation & Maintenance of mechanical system. Apply Design/Material Standard/Specification to mechanical sustaining project in phase of contracting, construction, test & commissioning and tie-in. Develop utility spec, monitoring system with SPC tool to make sure of critical mechanical parameter matching.
Build a robust mechanical facility with good backup philosophy; a well planned & fully executed mechanical PM program; a complete operation training system and strictly certified operation staff. To provide our internal customer with mechanical utility services within spec and without interruption.
A quality utility may include: clean environment (such as temperature, humidity, particle level, pressurization); PCW; exhaust; process vacuum; house vacuum; OFA(oil free compressed air)
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
With at least 4 years of FAB engineering or operation experience.
Successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of in the areas of Mechanics of Fluids, heat Transfer and Thermodynamics in general. A good understanding of Properties of Materials, in particular SS and polymers, Fabrication and Maintenance Technology and Automation and controls is desirable.
Understanding of SPC (statistical process control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is a must.
Skilled in identifying the problem root cause and developing innovative solution. A good understanding of material properties, automation, quality systems, the desired fundamental engineering skills as well as systematical design concept.
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, verbal communications and presentation skills. Good team player.
Electrical Engineer:
Responsibilities
Report to Electrical Group Leader. Responsible for Operations,
Maintenance of existing facility Electrical system. Responsible for conceptual design, system improvement and sustaining expansion project for electrical system.
Electrical system include: 110KV or 35KV power station; Dassel Power Generator system; UPS system; 10KV substation; 380V power distribution system; MCC; PLC; Power SCADA system; Protection relay; PQM(power quality monitor); Cable & bus way.
Responsible for training and role modeling a commitment to quality, methodology and technology development.
Develop SOP (standard operation procedure) for Operation & Maintenance of electrical system. Apply Design/Material Standard/Specification to electrical sustaining project in phase of contracting, construction, test & commissioning and tie-in.
Build a robust electrical facility with good backup philosophy, e.g. UPS, Power Generator, Auto-switchover; a well planned & fully executed electrical PM program; a complete operation training system and strictly certified operation staff. To provide our internal customer with electrical power within spec and without interruption.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
With at least 4 years of FAB engineering or operation experience.
Successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of load
calculation; circuit protection. A good understanding of Properties of Materials, in particular switchgear, transformers, cable and bus way. Power trip diagnoses and first time response; UPS & Power Generator testing & operation; Maintenance Technology and Protection Setting are desirable.
Power Bureau LV/HV electrical operation license is preferred.
Understanding FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is a must.

JD for Instrument & Control Engineer:
Responsibilities
Report to Electrical Group Leader. Responsible for Operations,
Maintenance of existing facility Instrument & control system, FMS (facility management system) and Life Safety system. Responsible for conceptual design, system improvement and sustaining expansion project for instrument & control system.
Instrument & control system include: Measurement instrument (Sensors, transmitters); on-site controller; PLC; MCC; auto valves/dampers or other actuators; VFD (frequency inverters); FMS (facility management systems) in control room; SPC (statistic process control); UPS (for under 5KW); Life Safety system
Responsible for training and role modeling a commitment to quality, methodology and technology development.
Develop SOP (standard operation procedure) for Operation & Maintenance of instrument & control system. Apply Design/Material
Standard/Specification to instrument & control sustaining project in phase of contracting, construction, test & commissioning and tie-in. Analyze measurement instrument reliability.
Build a robust instrument & control facility with good backup or PLC redundant philosophy; a well planned & fully executed instrument & control PM program; a complete operation training system. To provide our internal customer with SPC chart & SPC OOC/OOS follow-up platform.
The candidate shall also be responsible for developing efficient and robust I&C design strategies for facilities plant including zero impact during software installation and commissioning as well as trouble-shooting existing installs.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or
equivalent.
With at least 4 years of FAB engineering or operation experience.
Relevant experience should include PLC ladder programming, PLC hardware installations (preferably AB/DH+ components) as well as server file administration and set-up. An understanding of PLC/VFD functionality in control applications is desirable as well as digital communications and knowledge of instrumentation principles. A clear understanding of PID algorithms and alternatives would be a distinct advantage

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Report to Electrical Group Leader. Responsible for Operations,
Maintenance of existing Fire Protection system. Responsible for conceptual design, system improvement and sustaining expansion project for Fire Protection system.
Fire Protection system include: smoke detecting system; de-smoke
system; fire hydrant system; fire sprinkler system; VESDA system; fire pump station; foam extinguishing system; CO2 extinguishing system; fire extinguishers; evacuation indication system(exit lighting, floor evacuation mark, etc.)
Responsible for training and role modeling a commitment to safety, fire prevention & people awareness, code compliance, and risk management.
Develop SOP (standard operation procedure) for Operation & Maintenance of Fire Protection system. Apply government fire code, Design/Material Standard/Specification to Fire Protection sustaining project in phase of contracting, construction, test & commissioning and tie-in. Develop utility spec. Provides technical assistance to AE in interpreting and complying with fire codes and standards.
Conduct construction and highly technical fire prevention-related field inspections besides of the routine equipment checking. Plan the evaluation route for building and structures.
Coordinate with Insurance or Fire Fighting Bureau for any fire
prevention or protection audit/inspection/permit/training.

Successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of principles, methods, and practices of modern fire prevention, fire protection engineering, and fire suppression activities. A good understanding of FAB building construction, fire protection system design, and FAB related flammable and explosive materials and hazardous substances characteristics as related to fire prevention and fire control. Deep knowledge on fire codes and regulations.

Industrial Water system include: Water Tank Farm; General plumbing
system; UPW system; Process drain system; Chemical waste water treatment System; Bio-chemical water treatment system

Build a robust industrial water facility with good backup philosophy; a well planned & fully executed water PM program; a complete operation training system and strictly certified operation staff. To provide our internal customer with industrial water utility services within spec and without interruption.
A quality utility for internal customer may include: UPW; process
drainage; domestic water; eye washer. A quality utility for outside customer may include: waste water discharge to city drainage system.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Water Engineering; Chemical
Engineering or equivalent
With at least 4 years of FAB engineering or operation experience.
Successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of in the areas of Mechanics of Fluids, heat Transfer, water purifying process and most importantly water treatment process. A good understanding of Properties of Materials, in particular PVDF, FRP, PP, SS316, RO, and UF.
Maintenance Technology and Automation and controls is desirable. Water treatment knowledge in acid/Cu/F- effluent is required.
Understanding of SPC (statistical process control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is a must. Skilled in identifying the problem root cause and developing innovative solution.
