ungent help, remove old carpet, crack on contrete subfloor

Bought 30 years old house in bay area and just closed. As we know the subfloor is contrete, we choose laminate. Today remove the old carpet and prepare to install laminate floor. We found there are some crack on the contrete subfloor, is it a serious problem? Do we need to fix the crack before install the laminate floor. The concrete floor is leveled, just crack.
