甜酸香柠凤翼煲

材料:           ingredients
鸡中翼        12 两                mid-joint chicken wings            450g
柠檬            1 个                 lemon                                           1
片糖             2 两                 crushed raw brown sugar           75g
绍酒            1/2 汤匙          shaoxing wine                              1/2 tbsp

调味料                                  marinade            
 盐            1/2 茶匙              salt                                              1/2 tsp    
生抽          1/2 汤匙            light soy sauce                               1/2tbsp
老抽             1汤匙             soy sauce                                        1tbsp
胡椒粉        少许               ground white pepper                       little

做法:                                                                                                                                    
1: 将鸡翼洗净, 下调味料拌匀约15 分钟.                                                                    
2: 削出少许柠檬皮, 切丝; 将柠檬横切成薄片,去核.                                                                 
3:烧热瓦煲, 放入鸡翼, 赞绍酒, 下柠檬片及片糖,                                             
闷煮约12分钟至汁液浓稠, 洒下柠檬皮丝,原锅上桌.

defrost and rinse chicken wings. marinate for about 15 minutes.
pare and shred lemon rind. cut the lemon horizontally into the slices. remove the stone.
 heat oil clay pot. add chicken wings. pour in shaoxing wine slingtly. put in lemon slices and crushed raw brown sugar. cook with the lid for about 12 minutes until the sauce thickens. sprinkle with lemon rind. serve hot.
