宠爱自己－－从心情做起（活动）

子夏邀我一起参加流坛的活动，我犹豫了几天，虽然我非常喜欢看这里的美帖，但要我也来这里发帖，就好像要我去参加我女儿高中的 prom（舞会） 一样－－把自己尽量收拾好了混在一群漂亮无比、美好无限的女孩里，自作主张地把自己也缀在那幅美丽的画面上，有一种不好意思的忐忑，但心情绝对是愉快的。

宠爱自己，从心情做起。好心情叫人愉快，好心情让人积极，好心情使人健康有活力。

有好心情，要尽情享受那份‘好’；没有好心情，也要‘创造’一个能让自己心情好起来的那个‘好’。

贴上一些“好心情”。。。有‘自然好’的，有‘创造好’的。。。不管怎么样，反正都是‘好’！：））））
