我也不赞成散户炒股/期权/期货, 长线RE, M/F, ETF 方正道
散户炒股/期权/期货 don't have edge compared to MM. LT chance is <50%,like gamble. So 七输两平一赚.
Long-term M/F ETF can leverage on MM, market index and time. So it will make $$ in the long run. The key is allocation, allocation, allocation. 10 year+ even dummy can win.
RE is tricky, too many gurus can help here. The key is location, location and location.
