Show my project plan 2014: tight schedule

Half bathroom#1: smallest (20 sqft)
Half bathroom#2: small (28 sqft)

Master bathroom#3: (170 sqft)
All the three bathrooms will be completely renovated. The cabinets have been changed by the store. Marble tile will be used.

Weekdays will have half to two hour available after dinner.

Schedule is too tight. It can be extended  upto two (maybe three ?! ) times long as the following plan says.
 

April 28:  Order plumbing parts

   Weekdays:  for small room #1: Preparing dry wall for mosaics, install mirror, preparing floor for tiling. 

May 3: Pickup marble tiles ($400) from home depot, shopping for trowel, hand tools and thin set. 

May 4: tile the floor of #1. 

   Weekdays: tile the wall of #1.  Install mirror for small bed#2.  (#1 start functioning)

May 10: remove the tile on bathtub. Schedule a plumber to install installed the shower/tub faucets and valves from Amazon.               Put the 2nd order of marble tiles ($3000). Shop for bathroom lights. 

May 11:  change the toilet for bed#1 and change the lights in #1.  Buy paint for #1. Shopping for mosaics($500).

   Weekdays:  plumber comes and installs valves.  mosaic and Painting for bedroom #1 (#1 is completed!)

May 17: put all drywall on.  install Kerdi shower base ($600)

May 18:  Doing nothing

May 19:  Doing nothing (long weekend)

   Weekdays:  Doing nothing.

May 24: pickup all the $3000 ordered tiles

May 25: preparing the floor. tile the bedroom #2. buy and change toilet for bed#2  (#2 start functioning)

   Weekdays:  rental house maintenance ( trees,  lawn, floor, cleaning)

May 30: rental house maintenance continue (New tenants move-in)

May 31: hiking

   weekdays: rental house things

June 7: tile the floor in master room #3

June 8:  tile the shower. Mosaic the shower (highlight)

   weekdays:   tile the shower in #3. Mosaic the shower. Put an order for frameless shower door ($2000)

June 14:  hiking.  Grout the floor. Sealant for the floor

June 15: Install 2 mirrors for #3. install lights.  remove remaining tiles for bathtub. prepare the dry wall. 

    weekday: tile the bathtub in #3. 

June 21: change the lights of #3. tile the  wall of #3 

June 22:  tile the wall of #3

   weekday: mosaic the wall in #3. Sealant to all the walls. (#3 start functioning). Frameless shower door and glass panels are installed by the glass store.

June 28: Buy paint. painting #1 and #2

June 29: Painting #3

   weekday: finish up things.

July 4:  All the work completed! It is the July 4th!
