I had a bad day yesterday.

I experienced the first big loss day in my account since July.

At work, I just felt tired of my current job.

Somehow, I woke up at 5:00 this morning and could not fall back to sleep again.

I was wondering what was wrong for my trading.

Yesterday DIA gapped up to a all time high at the open. I have been paying much attention to DJIA, because some papers say we just need focus on SPX and NAZ.

Buying the gap up at the all time high, what a foolish action !
Starting from now, I will definitely put DIA in my watch list.

Another thing is that I refused to acknowledge that I am wrong.

Instead of cutting loss, I average down. As my loss growing up, I was finally controlled by my emotion. After I was out, the market just snapped back.

To keep me to be myself, I will just stick to the fixed number of shares.

I entered again after the open when SPY was red and SK was green.

But I did not buy at the right time. I need to be more patient to buy at 10:00.

That was the right thing to do.

I am feeling much better now, because my method back to work again.

NAZ is alive again, so I am just holding.
