故事梗概：
　　故事发生在二十世纪四十年代初，日寇投降前夕的上海，日本驻上海的特务机关梅机关头目松田祯昭曾密藏了一份叫作"蓝色档案"的长期潜伏特务名 单。为了获取这份名单，国民党中统局派遣了中统特工赵康成功打入日本特务机关梅机关内部；同时国民党军统局也派遣了军统特工银狐和寒冰从重庆赶到上海执行 这项任务。中统特工赵康不惜牺牲名誉、牺牲了与沈亚奇的爱情，与松田周旋，经受重重考验，获得了松田的信任，获取不少绝密情报。军统特工银狐为了谋取私 利，暗中勾结日本特务机关，出卖情报，并且不断地对中统特工暗下毒手。美国情报局对这份"蓝色档案"也垂涎三尺，特派美国中央情报特工逢天爵暗中勾结银 狐，企图窃取。我党为彻底打碎敌人的反扑阴谋，迎接全国解放，指派党的地下工作者贺德彪、沈亚奇伪装成国民党中统特工，围绕着"蓝色档案"与敌人展开殊死 斗争。
　　中统特工贺德彪、沈亚奇一开始并不知道对方的真正身份,相互设防。沈亚奇在首次执行中统任务——杀死黑桃K时，表现出色，取得了中统的绝对 信任。但是当赵康率领众特务执行任务时，放走了杀死沈亚奇最好时机，让日本人顿生疑心。沈亚奇也分别受到国民党和共产党的猜疑。共产党特工方岩松暗中叛变 国民党，致使共产党多处地下组织被国民党破坏。就在赵康接到国民党中统最高层的归队命令时，一直蒙在鼓里的沈亚奇决定把自己的初恋赵康杀死。二人在教堂中 一番争斗，当沈亚奇正在犹豫之时，她的手下小四却把赵康杀死。
