Fish 3 Way (一鱼三吃)

Dave's brother is an avid fisher man. He catches fish all the time and releases them, a deed I can never understand. :) Fortunately he saved a steelhead trout for us in his recent fishing trip. I am going to show him what Chinese do to a beautiful fish like this.
