My daughter's new locker

"Dad, I got my locker today," my daughter told me last night.

 

"Since the top one was to high for me, so I chose the bottom one,"  She said.

 

This morning I took my daughter to school and followed her to see the new lockers. Few her classmates were already there and busy loading their books. Her teacher took pictures for her students while they were working on their lockers. My daughter's locker is number 12. At first, she had problems to open the combination lock. I saw her turn the wheel left and right, but she could not unlock it. Her teacher came and told her turn the wheel 3 turns first, then started her combination numbers. Finally, she unlocked it. I saw smile on her face. After she open the door, she took a small magnetic dragonfly from her bag and put it inside the locker on the back wall. "She much prepare for this since last night," I thought. I took my camera out  ...

 

See my daughter grow up and still have her young heart inside her,  it is happy feeling for me to start a new day.
