Any savvy investor won't enter a contract without exit strategy

When beginner investors got burnt when market turns south, the 1st party he would blaim are those who contributed ideas. :-P However, they failed to realize that it's the lack of exit strategy that got them into trouble. They never thought about "what if..."

Any investment is a business. No matter what you invest in, gold, oil, stock or real estate, you need a good business plan. It doesn't have to be well written, however, you need to have it printed clearly in you mind that how you want to grow your business when time is good, and how to exit when time is bad, or simply when you want to retire.

Grow up people! Act like a mature investor, set the correct mindset, associate with successful people, learn the important strategies. What you earn will depend on what you learn!
