2。 就业市场稳定
3。 房贷利息下降
4。 油价回落
5。 房价稳定，昨天(9/5)的最新数据显示The year-over-year price gain was 10.06 percent! Growth of price of a single family home was 1.17 percent in the second quarter! so the housing market is healthy! The scary prediction of housing market crash will not come to true any time soon. The bubble(if there is any) will keep inflating.

今天的工资成本增加，不见得是什么坏消息，对消费力是坏消息？难到不涨工资是好事？
