USCIS改善Processing Times 的公布程序

据最近USCIS公布信息，他们已经改善其网上移民申请Processing Times的公布程序。对比以往，新的程序将能显示更加准确的processing time以及其它信息。以下为有关信息。 It is a commonly held belief that the processing times issued by USCIS are an overly-optimistic and unrealistic projection of how long it may take to process and given individual’s case. However, according to a recent USCIS Public Notice, there has been an improvement in the reporting procedure for processing times of immigration applications located at the USCIS website. In an effort to give applicants more accurate information that better reflects current processing time, USCIS is changing their reporting procedures effective immediately. Because of this change, in some instances reported processing dates may seem to regress, but are only being adjusted to report the actual processing dates. The USCIS’s stated intent is to provide accurate projections and give applicants clear expectations as to what they can expect as a processing time.
