中国大陆的EB-1申请者不再需要排队

对于中国大陆的EB-1类别申请人士，现在不需要再排队(Visa retrogression). 这部分人士可以提出其I-485申请，又或者同时提出其I-140及I-485的申请。请看以下信息： EB-1 Category is No Longer Retrogressed for Mainland China Petitioners The first preference category for employment-based visas (EB-1) is current once again for applicants who were born in Mainland China. This visa category enables people with Extraordinary Ability or Outstanding Professors and Researchers to apply for an immigrant visa. If you have already filed your Immigrant Visa petition (I-140) under the EB-1 category and you are from China, then you are now eligible to submit your Application to Adjust Status (I-485). Also please note that if you have not yet submitted your I-140 in the EB-1 category and plan to do so, you can submit both your I-140 and I-485 concurrently at this time.
