挂靴了,不trade了, 只投资,所以就少来了,
was surprised and touched this morning when I came to this site to write about two gigantic news, and saw buydip's one line.
The first news is about SNP, Chinese gov't has decided to start to reduce artificially depressed price on refined gas from cruel oil, this will gradually remove one big discount factor on SNP (vs. PTR). The second is the Bloomberg news that China started to open QDII in a bid to elevate the pressure on currency. (SD reported and did analysis on this too) This may not have a short term effect but long term it's a huge. Currently there is almost 2:1 premium on the A shares vs H share (thus ADR), the logic thing is that they will start to meet somewhere in between. More importantly, for long term, China will start to join the international market and the obvious value arbitrage will start to play on the oversea market's favor for long term investors.
as always, all best wishes,
