NEW YORK (AP) -- China-based medical device maker Mindray Medical International Ltd. said Thursday it priced a public offering of just over 9.8 million American depository shares at $24.50 per share.
The shares are being offered by shareholders, and Mindray will receive no proceeds from the sale.
Goldman Sachs LLC, JP Morgan Securities Inc. and UBS AG are joint bookrunners for the deal. They have a 30-day option to buy an additional 1.5 million shares.
American depository shares of Mindray rose 41 cents to $24.71 on the New York stock Exchange in morning trading.
